"Neo Photo features the work of six photographers. They all seem to be shooting for a sense of expanded time and space. I'm not sure they really accomplish that in any seriously meaningful way, but this is what the other reviewer speaks of when he says it's all blurry... It is, and it isn't.. depending on how you look at it. The first photographer uses a lot of motion blur, and zoom motion blur."
